Get ready for a brand new development set splash dab in the middle of nature. Specifically, the wonderfully historic Cooper River in Charleston, South Carolina. Herburbia® will service all residential, commercial, and archetypal needs.
PROJECT VISION
Like any good idea, Herburbia® has taken some time getting off the ground. We are still in development stage, having run into some problems with zoning. We are on track again, and happy to announce we will be opening in the summer of 2020!
Only locally-sourced and organic construction materials will be used*.

CURRENT LOCATION
Here in Charleston, we have many large swaths of land. It makes one think, 'What can we build there?" The future site of Herburbia is currently under utilized. Big opportunities like this call for big projects, and that is where we come in. Let’s build, goddamnit.
